Bio

Xeno Genesis is a queer artist, producer and musician.  Their work explores nuanced visual and vocal identity as a nonbinary person of color navigating spaces encoded with gender expectations. Their work in installation, photography and music is unapologetically political and sonically divergent. They are founder of Change Agent, a queer music label, having a collective ethos of decolonization from systems and entities built around audiopolitics, creating a visible space for trans/non-binary artists. Xeno is also a member of the Fake Accent artist collective based in NYC where they facilitate creating intentional and immersive spaces in and outside of the club.
